Butter Chicken Egg Sandwich

Sweet and spicy curry flavour sandwich

Ingredients for 2 people


2 Eggs

4 Slices of bread

12g Butter

1 Tbsp Mayonnaise

Pinch of salt

Pinch of pepper

How to Make


Cooking time 20 minutes

1. Boil water in a pan, gently place eggs in and boil for 10 mins then place in cold water.

2. Peel the eggshells, separate the yolk and white, and slice the egg whites into thin slices.

3. Put the egg yolks, mayonnaise, salt and pepper into a bowl and mix well. Then add the egg whites and curry butter chicken, stir well.

4. Spread the bread with butter and put the curry mixture on. Top with the second slice of bread, cut in half, enjoy.
