Butter Chicken Curry Noodles

Spicy curry noodles and soup

Ingredients for 2 people


1 bag of MUJI Curry butter chicken

150g of spinach

150g beansprouts

Half a carrot

1 tbsp oil

2 potions dried noodles

Sesame seeds

600ml Chicken broth

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

How to Make


Cooking time 10 mins

1. Slice spinach and shred carrot.

2. Warm the oil in a frying pan, once hot fry spinach and carrot for 5 mins.

3. Put chicken broth and soy sauce in a pan and bring to boil, add bag of curry butter chicken to broth and simmer for 1 minute.

4. In a separate pan, boil water and add noodles to cook following their instructions.

5. Pour curry broth mixture into a bowl, add your noodles and top with carrots, spinach and sesame seeds.
