Unfortunately, there is currently no online voucher card system at MUJI. However, you can purchase vouchers worth between €20 and €500 in our stores.

Switzerland Orders – Paying Customs Duties

Customs duties and Swiss VAT apply to any product you order from abroad. In most cases, the sender is only responsible for the shipping costs, while customs duties, VAT, and customs clearance charges are typically billed to the customer (recipient).

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid):

Under DDU, we cover only the cost of shipping your order. As the recipient, you will be responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, and handling fees when the package arrives in Switzerland.

How much are customs fees for Switzerland?

Customs fees can vary. As the recipient, you are responsible for the following fees:

• VAT on the value of the goods (including shipping costs and customs duties)
• Customs duties based on the gross weight of the package
• Carrier’s handling charges

Postal and shipping services manage the customs clearance process and charge a fee for this service, which can vary. For more detailed information, please refer to the Swiss government website.
